Hi!
We have recently transitioned from using a “Buy Now” type payment to a subscription based one. However, we have members whose accounts have expired but they want to renew using the new subscription model. These user accounts are linked with a directory listing so having them create a new user account/profile isn’t exactly efficient. Is there a way to change add a subscription ID to existing users?
The “Buy Now” is a one-off membership payment. These users should be able to simply “renew” their memberships, using the subscription buttons.
