Recently, members have been unable to access our Membership Area. They receive messages that their password is null or other such messages. I found that if they click on forgot password, they are able to re-set with the password generated by the system, but they can’t set their own new password.
I recently installed the WP Security Plugin, but I can’t find why this would be causing the problem. It does lock them out after 5 failed logins, however. That is okay, as I set that.
Any ideas what is wrong?
