I have over 1500 people and they cant log in to see protected content it keeps telling them to log in and now the new registers where it used to work does not it takes them to the page to pay again wherein when I would send them there link it would work before Please help my members are stating to ask for refund
Hi, do you have a cache plugin? If you do, did you exclude the registration and login pages from being cached?
Also you might like to carry out the following troubleshooting steps.
