ParticipantHello,
My client wants to have a feature of email verification after member register on website.
Is that feature is available in form builder addon ? Because I could see a button of verification.
Or is there any other way to do that. I am quite new in wordpress so your urgent help is appreciated.
Thanks
Aparna

ParticipantI can’t see where your solution addresses the OP’s requirement for email verification?

Moderator@rjadev — When the member registers, a registration completion link is emailed to the specified address. If the email address is “fake,” they never receive the link. If the address is “real,” they click the link, which has the effect of verifying the address.

ParticipantBut only for paid memberships… There is no link to continue registration for free memberships.

Moderator@rjadev — that is correct. There is no link to continue registration for free memberships. This is something the developers might add in a future release.
Thank you

ParticipantEmail activation does not work in form builder but does in standard plug in without form builder.
How do I get email activation to work in form builder?
With the form builder add on deactivated and the check box for email activation selected the user is sent an activation email. The registration form is the standard form.
With the form builder add on activated and the check box for email activation selected the user is NOT sent an activation email. The registration form is a custom form built in form builder.
I am testing with a free member level.
How can I get activation email to work with form builder activated and using a custom registration form?

KeymasterThe email activation feature was recently added to the core plugin. We need to add that feature to the form builder. There are a couple of tricky condition we need to figure out before we can add it to the form builder. For now, the form builder doesn’t have the email activation feature.
