ParticipantI have a custom redirection for a certain user group after login. It works fine except after password reset/update. It doesn’t matter I do, SMP always redirects me to a profile page instead of the page previously set up after password reset/update.
I would like to know if that would be a feature that comes with the plugin and if I could change that behavior.
Thanks.
P.S.
It seems the swpm_after_login action isn’t executed even adding a higher priority ( Lowest Number ) after password reset/update.

ModeratorHi, let me see if I understand you correctly. You would like to redirect the password reset feature to a custom page you have created? Is this correct?
February 14, 2018 at 11:30 pm #13361id2010
ParticipantNo, thats not correct.
I login to my account like normal, then i visit the edit profile page, and i change my password. Once i hit update nothing works correctly, i have to logout, then login a couple more times for it to redirect to the right place.
This is where it should redirect to after login
https://www.screencast.com/t/4I4WiaTHwinstead after changing my password it redirects me here
https://www.screencast.com/t/rUB4RnT4uwhich is still the login url /membership-login/if i logout then login for a second time then the redirect works.
Here is a full screencast

ParticipantI feel like these people had the same issue https://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/keeps-forcing-me-to-login/
but also the moderator who said this
when a user logs in, this plugin creates an encrypted digest message using user name, password and expiration time. so if you change password while logged in, it finds that the stored digest and the newly generated digest (with new password) doesn’t match and asks you to login again.
as a temporary solution, if you change password then just logout. it will clear old digest. then login with new password. you should be fine. I will this in my todo list and work out a better, more use-friendly flow for this.
thanks for your input.
I feel like that may be it, becuase it doesnt work again till i logout a couple times. This really is an issue i need to solve

KeymasterThe issue is in the form builder addon. I have corrected it in the addon. I will reply to your email after I finish testing the updated copy of the addon.
