    Does this action hook trigger each time a PayPal subscription payment is made, not just when the subscription is first set up and first paid?

    Similarly, does it trigger every time a user renews their membership, or only the first time that they set up an account and pay via PayPal?

    Hi, the action hook is triggered every time a PayPal subscription payment is made and every time a user renews their account. This way PayPal notifies the plugin what action to take.
