Hello,
We have launched a brand-new membership site after testing it very wel. Everything worked perfectly!.After the launch we got trouble…A new member registrated, but we can not change the user role in to ” member ” anymore. The test-members before the launch we still can edit, but the new ones…It is completely impossible.Hi, can you further explain what exactly are you trying to change.
For example are you trying to change the Users role in WordPress once they have registered? Or are you trying to change the members role under Simple Membership plugin -> members area after they have registered?

Member registrate under Simple Membership but the User role in WP never says ” member “. It says ” no role ” So I want to change it. And I did. So I logged out, next day I logged in…everything is gone, so all changes. Every time I log out, the changes are gone.
Hi, when you add a member to Simple Membership it will create a corresponding WordPress User account. However you can’t change the user role under Users and expect this to also change under Members for the plugin. This plugin does not work like that. However you can import Users into Members using an addon.
