I have added custom fields to my registration form using the purchased Form Builder. However, these custom fields do not get added to the member’s profile, and the associated data is not recorded. Please help. I purchased the form builder to create custom fields and collect the data.
Did you create a custom form for the member profile also? For each of your membership level, you should create two forms:
One for registration form and one for the profile page
I only created a registration form. I did not create a profile form. So I need to create a profile form with the same custom fields? That will result in the creation of the custom fields in the member’s dashboard profile? I somehow missed that. Will try and get back to you. Thanks!
