    Hi there,

    I have created a membership application form using Form Builder. And I made the inclusion of a telephone number compulsory as part of the application (red star).

    However, when I go to the new member’s profile in the WordPress dashboard, the ‘Phone’ section is blank.

    Do you know why this is?

    Do I need to get another Add On to get this information?

    Please help me.

    Hi, can you make sure you are running the latest Form Builder addon version by clicking on the following URL re-download-the-purchased-addons.

    Once you have completed the above test then carry out another test with the form in question.
