I am trying to use SMP with the ‘If menu’ plugin but I am having an issue:
Everything works perfectly on a new computer. Open website and only selected pages in the menu appear
Login and the menu changes (just like i want)
However,
User can’t logout – I made an account to run some testing and the account is permanently signed in. Whenever I press logout it takes me to the homepage but I am still logged in (based on login form I placed in widget). If I navigate to the login page it always tells me I am logged in. This prevents me from logging in again as the form is replaced by member info
This is annoying but the big issue is that the menu changes back to the non-logged in menu. This means that I can’t access the hidden pages
So how can i fix it so that they actually log out
If there isnt a simple fix i will remove the ‘If menu’ plugin and rely solely on the SMP protected content feature but I like using both to streamline my menu and make navigation easier
lemme know if i need to show anything, not exactly a tech wizard but can follow instructions
Cheers
