Show Member Info of the Logged-in Member, how does it work?

Hello,

I created a page with below codes after downloading the plugin Show Member Info of the Logged-in Member. I understood that from this page I should be able to see which members are logged in and working in my membership site. But I don’t see anything, while there is someone logged in via a separate browser.
Can you explain me how this is functioning?
