Design Custom Output Form Builder Addon

How do I customise the way the form builder outputs the profile (that is publicly seen)?

I thought this was part of the add-on, otherwise what is the point in having it?

I’d like to design specifically how the result output (profile view) looks to my own layout and styles. Is there a way I can create the profile result page using shortcode for all fields?

I’d also like to be able to in the edit form show the current image where another image field (file upload field) is used other than the profile image.
