Hi,
From what i understand from this plugin, a user cannot be registered to have “multiple membership levels”.
For example,
i have different content on my site: articles, basic videos and premium videos.
i have 3 membership levels configured: silver(free), gold($10 for 3 months) and ultimate($20 for 3 months).
Silver can view articles
gold can view articles and basic videos
ultimate can view articles, basic and premium videos.When a user who is currently under silver membership purchases gold membership, the membership is then “upgraded”
In this instance, how can i configure ultimate to be the “highest level upgrade”?
And if the ultimate membership expires after 3 months, will he be downgraded to silver membership automatically?
Hi, that is correct a member cannot have multiple membership levels.
