    Hi,

    I’ve edited the confirmation email sent to newly registered users but my members keep receiving the default one.

    I changed the settings under membership plugin / parameters / email settings and have edited the second email template (inscription complete).

    Thank you for me letting me know how to have my changes be taken into effect.

    Did you save the changes made? Do you have a cache plugin? Can you yourself carry out a test and report back.

    Hi @mbrsolution,

    For some reasons it took a few hours for the changes to be taken into account.

    It now works. For your information changes were saved and cache was cleared but still wasn’t working at the time I made the changes.

    Everything ok now.
