Everything seems to be running smoothly except for one item:
We’re seeing a repeated error that we have discussed via email in the past. I thought you had already fixed it because we discussed this before and didn’t see it for at least a few weeks.
The expiry date on WordPress for at least some files (perhaps all) is one or two days before the renewal date on Stripe. This causes customers to get a message that their membership has expired while they have paid.
This is not a good look for us. Even if I can manually fix it, this is bad optics. We’ve fixed the following example manually for customer service reasons.
We wouldn’t mind just fixing it manually, but it’s terrible optics AND we plan to have many more customers – which will be increasing my workload unnecessarily.
Is this fixable? If so, can it be done soon?
Best,
Hi,
We’re seeing a repeated error that we have discussed via email in the past. I thought you had already fixed it because we discussed this before and didn’t see it for at least a few weeks.
Can you provide more information regarding the above details? I want to make sure I know what was said and done to try and fix your issue in the past.
Thank you.
